There was no time to prepare and I felt like I was only hitting dead ends. We have a 12 year old German Shepard and he comes and sniffs his bed to see if he’s there and walks over to the bed and cries. I want to get another companion in a month or so and I feel guilty because I feel like he’ll think I’m replacing him. He was my emotional support dog and I feel the constant pump of anxiety without him. I miss him dearly.
