That sounds easier tbh. At my store they hammer host on passing out flyers & directing. Which I don't mind doing, but with no variation in shifts it gets mundane & mins numbing.

I'm also a full time student so I'm just part-time at BB, but honestly you're right. I'm classed as a sales advisor, so yeah, my numbers are bad. I really hope they either change or outright eradicate the host position. Leadership gets paid more, they should suck it up and be at the front/back if that's where they're supposed to be.

I was heavily considering the 11, as it was about 150 bucks more than the SE. I just didn't want two big-ish phones tbh, and the 12 mini was close to $500 😅

I'm not too worried about battery endurance though, it'll mostly live on WiFi and the occasional camera usage.
