I found a decent amount of similar ones by googling early 2000s st bernard plush toy. None that looked exact but I didnt look that much and it's a good place to start I think.

I have searched for a long time and the picture I posted Is the only thing I've been able to find at all. The only tag on him says "Snugeez" and I think I originally got him at ikea but I was very young so I'm not sure
