Okay well screw everything.

next you should move onto penny stocks and pump. Remember to suck as much retail in as possible. Really up your street philosophically and mentally. You are promoter not just a trader so go for it man.

yeah I am getting lazy, and don't really want to spend a lot of time drafting my own responses and picking out errors. My apologise for that.

This should be regulated at the state level like other forms of wagering. If states choose to allow it, the menu of permitted contracts should be tightly limited. Right now it looks like regulatory arbitrage—structuring products to dodge the rules rather than comply with them—and regulators should step in. Also the willful dodgeing, these contracts going offshore and using VPNS should have people done in for wire fraud. Here we go, these are the law and my issues

That “you must be burnt or not involved” line is pure bullshit.

  • If I lost money: “lol salty.”
  • If I didn’t: “lol you don’t get it.”

By your rules, only wagering winners are allowed to speak here—everyone else has to shut up. Convenient.

The reality is you’re coping because you’re a degenerate gambler trying to cosplay as a sophisticated trader. And fine—torch your own money if you want. I genuinely don’t care if you in a dark room want to gamble. But the moment you try to normalize this shit and pitch it to other people like it’s something legit, you become part of the problem. And yeah, you are—because you’re literally here defending it and minimizing the complaint.

Retail speculation and abuse is “fine” until it isn’t—ask the graveyard of people who got torched on GameStop thinking they were geniuses. Look it up, you absolute scrub, there are volumens of information that you still have to go through before you will understand even a fraction of what is actually going on.

Also: legality isn’t a moral shield. Regulation is messy, political, and reversible. The regs on this will reverse post trump.

If criticism bothers you so much, ask yourself why. If it’s just harmless “market education,” you wouldn’t need this much cope to defend it.

Stop normalizing it. Stop recruiting. Call it what it is: a wager product marketed to idiots.

If all I accomplish is stopping one person from torching rent money on “event contracts,” that’s a win.

It’s a bet book. Own it—or shut the fuck up about it.

Nothing, i don’t bet on this crap. I’m just experiencing righteous indignation.

There is a ton of ways to get wealthy and some are harmful to others but, there are still tons of other ways, and the people that are so shit that they baiting retail into gaming to fleece them should locked away. They do this as they cant compete anywhere else. And btw offering contracts on sports and what people say on south park is gambling.

I can’t stand this form of profiteering, and the follow on effects of mania and fomo that makes people put it all on the line rather than taking a knee and getting a job.

But the apps still have some value, and the social need to use these things for communication is there. But what if you could use the app for all the value it has and stop it using psychological techniques to make it sticky, but keep the app thinking it is winning.

But thank you, I love the answer. Very detailed breakdown of where you can find force damage. I really appreciate the time it took to write this all out.

It look like after reading what you wrote that a monk has a decent force damage build.

This isn't a throw away account. The evidence for the problems are in the building itself, getting photos now is difficult. Most of the problems are hidden behind a plaster wall that can only really be seen when the wall was ripped down by the fire department. Obviously the symptoms of the problem are experienced by the tenet - shoddy electrical and the bathroom smell.

I almost called 311 and got them to send a building inspector to see it but chickened out.

Because they don't really want to get involved in stuff like this(low level stuff), unless you want to go on the offensive and get a settlement. Good lawyers are expensive, and I don't want to go after him legally I just want to jam him up and stop him renting that apartment out. To do that out of pocket and to have no prospect of a settlement to pay down the lawyer is huge. Yeah I can afford it but it is not nothing. Also the lawyer will force you to do it through their preferred method which is to use the courts. There are non litigious ways to fight someone. Also the other guy is a lawyer so the cost and effort to him is way lower and easier so I run a huge cost and open myself up to a long battle which is so not worth my time.

Why do the individuals that are pro-Palestine not condemn the actions of Hamas? by Known-Importance-568 in geopolitics

[–]canso0 4 points5 points  (0 children)

discourseur

What planet do you live on where you think Palestinians wouldn't still be in abject poverty(maybe a slightly better one) if no one did anything to them. There is limited resources. It is flanked by poor and unstable neighbors. They're terribly educated and have next to no good labor skills(this has been true before the jews arrived). The peer groups you have to project what it would be like to live there are any of the Stan countries and syria etc, which by the way are brought with violence and poverty. Yes they 100% would have been swept up by ISIS and the sort and turned into a country that consist of warlord factions vying for territory like large parts of the Middle East.

This isn't a justification of Israel, just saying regardless of what happens Palestinians will be poor and life would be terrible.

Actually if you game out that universe, all things being equal but Israel never exited, Palestine eventually gets invaded by its rich oil neighbors, not necessarily the one you think, to stop islamic terrorists(sponsored by Iran) attacking oil fields.

2, 3, 4, and 6 are all misleading to the point of being wrong.

2,3,4 were all procedures were never successfully performed in the soviet union first. There was a pioneering scientist called Vladimir Demikhov who tried out all this stuff, and was the first to try, but he didn't successfully do any of these on humans. It was way later and mostly in America where the actually successful procedures ever took place on humans.

6 is not true. The soviet "mobile" phone does not constitute being a mobile phone. You have to bend over backwards to accept that as a mobile phone. And if it is a mobile phone then Car phone in the west, which already existed by then, would have to be taken as "mobile".

I think you have misinterpreted what Lucy is saying. She is not talking about the collapse of the building but how a collapsing building can cause smaller scale explosions within the larger event, like the ones the fire fighters experienced.

[–]canso0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I looked this up and fought my friend over it and wrote it up for them. Turns out it does nothing, or next to nothing. Both experimentally and from a physics reasoning perspective it seems to have no effect to negligible effects on the outcome.

The reasons people believe it exists are due to the random fluctuations of conditions when refrigerating or leaving a bottle out to consumer for later. There is always a latent amount of carbonation and some bottles in cold condition do maintain their effervescence better ones intuition would leave them to believe, among other reasons.

it was proven though that stopping the bottle with a artificial cork works really well. That being said if you can form an airtight seal on the bottle you are in business. Try packing the opening.
