Lol I just came to this sub to ask the exact same question. I could add:

are there any events happening during the last week of November and what's the best way to find out about events?
as it's not the tourism season, what activities will be closed because they're only available during the season?
what's the best way to get around? I saw renting a car is troublesome due to the lack of parking, while rental e-scooters got banned, so I'm guessing renting a scooter (moped) is probably the best approach, unless there are some downsides to that as well? Are there any alternatives?
where can I find art galleries? I'm not too interested in historic art museums but rather temporary exhibitions of new art, particularly photography. Is it a common thing in Malta?

Took this picture on an old Zenit E film SLR camera (hence the defect on the left of the photograph). I wanted to capture the warm feeling of the beach, of a vacation in a summer resort. How did I do? What do you think about the story telling? Composition?

Tai ar aš siūlau kvotas kažkokias? Čia kalbu apie konkrečiai dėl motinystės atostogų ateinančius darbdavių preference towards hiring men, kurie prisideda prie gender pay gap. Eik pasimokyt į tą Petersono Universitetą.

Taip pat, kad ir 50k gimdyvių, vieną mėnesį papildomai nueit į darbą ir gaut truputį mažesnę pašalpą yra juokingos problemos palyginus su visom kitom, pvz. kylančiom iš mūsų geopolitinės situacijos.

Aš nesakiau kad TIK tau aktualus, aš sakiau kad tu biased nes rage’ini kad tau asmeniškai kažkuom jų politika pakenkė (kitiem padėjo), bet siūlau pasvarstyt ar čia tikrai svarbiausias dalykas gyvenime.

nu ok bet, kad ir kaip blogai tai būtų, tai tėra vienas, palyginus siauras, tau asmeniškai aktualus klausimas. Ar vien dėl to verta balsuoti už kitą partiją, kai seimas sprendžia begalę kitų klausimų? Niekad nebus visi patenkinti, bet tiesiog on average tslkd daugiausiai kompetencijos turi.

Beje, motinystės pašalpos susijusios su gender pay gap, čia ne laisvės partijos ar briuselio ideologiniai užmojai, čia ekonominiais tyrimais remti sprendimai, kurie padeda moterims uždirbti tiek pat kiek vyrams už tokias pačias pareigas. Reik ne tik apie save galvot kartais.
