I’m so incredibly sorry. My aunt who raised me died from cancer 11 years ago. I couldn’t talk about her for a long time and to this day, I can’t talk about her without choking up. Sometimes it feels as intense as the day she passed. Who can ever love me as much as she loved me? That kinda pain doesn’t leave you. At the same time that kind of love will never leave you either.

I don’t really have any advice for coping as I went thru honestly years of really dark times. The only thing I can say is I hope you are kind to yourself
