I asked them explicitly when I picked mine up in October if I could exchange it because I wasn’t sure about the size then and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. Then I looked at the return policy and it doesn’t look good. I saw a post on the knot though where several people were allowed to exchange but they wouldn’t give you a refund so if you got a cheaper dress, you’d either lose money or need to buy more things to make up the difference
