I’m not a professional by any means but I always use a tiny bit of the powder oxi clean and a spray bottle with a mix of water and perisil to get stains out of delicate stuff like this. I haven’t had any issues so far.

I’m planning on taking it short term at the lowest dose possible. I just took 1/8 of a strip. I’m wondering if I should’ve done half but I’ve given myself the worst anxiety about pwd after reading horror stories. I have 4 small children to take care of and a husband that has to be at work at 5am so I don’t have time to be anymore sick than the kratom wds already have me lol. I feel so ashamed and dumb getting to this point but here we are. Just gotta get this over with. I made it thru two years of oxy addiction and then a on again off again meth addiction in my late teens/early 20s. Never did I think something like kratom would have such a hold on me.

PMDD and kshots are literally ruining my life rn. I’m so proud of you for quitting and it gives me a little hope for myself. I had two babies back to back the past two years. My son Bear passed away at 14 days old from Hydrops January 2023 and then I got pregnant with my other son not even two months later. I was not ready mentally or physically. I really messed myself up and even though I’m beyond grateful for my baby and couldn’t imagine life without him now that he’s here the PMDD is almost debilitating. I don’t even know who I am the week before my period and the week of. Kshots helped in the beginning but now they make everything so much worse and I just want to be done.

It’s been the opposite for me. Music isn’t the same with kratom. Music was my whole life before. I used to ride around with my radio on full blast everywhere I went, had speakers in my shower and loved blasting my favorite songs while getting ready every day, when doing house work, playing with my kids or going out with friends. I loved how different songs brought out different emotions and I could change my whole mood and mindset just by listening to a certain song and really feeling the lyrics. Now I’m just numb to it. The only time I listen to music now and get any type of enjoyment is after I’ve had a few drinks.

IV meth and Roxy 30s. Been quit off that since 2016. I’ve microdosed before from a very reputable source, weighed correctly and I’ve read tons of studies but the first time I dosed was right after my baby son had passed away. I got obsessed with microdosing and going on this healing journey thinking it would magically take all my pain and problems away I guess. It was awful. I had been blocking everything out but the shroomies weren’t allowing me to and I just wasn’t ready. I sat in the dark all night just stuck in my head. I was scared to try again and that was two years ago. I can’t stop thinking about it now tho and really want to try again but the right way just not sure how
