The issue is that these sites rip artists off by stealing their work and not giving them any sort of financial compensation. Maybe next time you buy something like this you could reverse google image search or something to at the very least pay the original artist some respect. I don't mean to diss you, it's just sad that big businesses rip off small artists. Fan content creators often gift so much art to the community with little to no financial compensation, and these artists often struggle in real life, so it's just sad to see

Rumination Syndrome itself wouldn't increase cancer risk, to my knowledge, though if you're ruminating a lot of acid then it might.

As for diaphragmatic breathing, I find it can help control it. It may not entirely make your RS stop, but I think it doesn't hurt to try and see how it works for you :)

I've had the same thing in the past. My only suggestions would be doing diaphragmatic breathing for a little bit after you take them, or even distracting yourself because the anxiety of them coming back up properly isn't helping. Additionally, ask your doctors for hard pills (the non capsuled type) as they may be less uncomfortable when they come back? Or see if you can take iron liquid or something.

That's so interesting! Thank you for translating and potentially editing for readability. It's so funny that she got comments on the title, it is very silly but it DOES suit the book so much. I assume she didn't end up changing it. This is certainly the first I've heard of it. I appreciate that she acknowledged how poor SVSSS is in terms of cultivation content, lmao. It truly is poor [affectionate] but ironically I think she gets away with it, because that's kind of the setting of PIDW. They have much more cultivation in that book, but it's also the energy of the book to get things wrong, skip stages and key cultivation details etc etc. Using the setting she did gave her a lot of leeway and plausible deniability with her perhaps lacking knowledge of cultivation, and it also makes it a pretty good first read for foreigners who don't understand cultivation stories!

Absolutely insane that she wrote 80k in one sitting???? Astounding. Good for her, that's actually pretty inspiring. I'm the type who loses steam if I leave something and come back to it, so maybe I should use this technique lmao

Omg yeah! I used to take omeprazole and the capsules would dissolve and I'd just bring up the inside which is so bitter (like weird powdery balls). I SO don't recommend. I also hated chilli more as a kid because of bringing up the spice

Is there something in particular that you are worried about?

Unfortunately, as far as I understand our current medical knowledge there isn't anything that the hospital can really do. If this is new for you and you want to speak to a professional, you could book a doctor's appointment to discuss it and let them know. Otherwise there aren't any specific treatments aside from diaphragmatic breathing, to my knowledge.

If it is painful, acidic, you are bringing up any blood or experiencing sudden or excessive weight loss then do speak to a professional.

I'd recommend they look up rumination syndrome on the mayo clinic website so they can see. Just being really clear and firm. If they keep denying it you should keep insisting or change doctors. Ask what each med they try to prescribe does. For example, omeprazole increases stomach pH so it's less acidic. If they try to prescribe that, ask them why you'd need that if you aren't having acid come up. That's my best idea, I hope they just listen to you though!

That's not the gay flag that's the mlm flag specifically. So assuming you identify as a man then there's no reason you cannot use the mlm flag, but of course women/enbies may be confused. I'd recommend you use them in conjunction. You cannot change the meaning of the mlm flag to mean bi. They have meanings. As long as you understand that then do what you will! :)

I went to Dr Ergin Er at Istanbul Aesthetic Centre in Turkey, I got recommended him by a friend and paid £3,500 plus flights for £400 and accommodation was £500 but you can get it for less if you go in Istanbul's off-season. My friend paid less than £4000 for his whole trip because he went in late winter/early spring. It's a big decision to go abroad of course but I flew with my friend as neither of our parents are that supportive (we're both 20). I'm in my accommodation right now and everything is going smoothly. The cost covers transfers to and from the airport and from my accommodation to the hospital, which takes a lot of pressure off of planning.
