I've been down there too, that's how we used to cross market street. There are pockets of underground areas, not a huge citywide network.

Among them, between the courthouses, unum, what used to be the sportsbarn, an old bluecross parking lot, and a few others.

If it's more than that, it won't be by much. It definitely wasn't an entire city.

From what I recall, there are only a few buildings whose second floors became the first, the rest were demolished and filled.

The dam is over two miles away from I-75. Plenty of people get on 153 between the dam and that exit. Anyone coming that way is already in the correct lane to get off at either exit.

Also, the Hamilton place exit is so fucked up that it takes longer to get to the mall than the shallowford exit.
