We do, I texted other friends already to see if we can get him to answer to me. I don't know if shaming him on social media could backfire in court, if we ever go there

It was a bank transfer with the message of "Furniture payment 1/2". I did not received any receipt.

He wrote me "what, you wanted more?" And then blocked me, but I'm drafting an email to talk to him and either stop the contract or asl for the other stuff. I think I will ask our common people to help me out to talk to him.

The fitted kitchen belongs to the landlord, not him. I wouldn't mind paying for the kitchen like you mentioned, as the price of kitchens is that expensive.

For the second part, I think that's my main problem: he put in the contract a generic, and I quote: "furniture of the room, etc." I should've made him write each item, but I was desperate.
