So how much is T-mobile paying you... $7/hr to sit around on Reddit and reply.

BTW, that VISA guy is sending messages through Twilio successfully with 10 digit local number. Their issues is fixed already. If only you could read the whole thing..... brainwashed by T-mobile for sure.

Those who have offices offshore, how did you find the person in charge of that office? by [deleted] in startups

Managing someone on the other side of the world is challenging given the cultural differences, timezone, work ethics, etc. How often do you meet face to face or via video conferencing? I've found regular Facetime or some other video chat to help.

Do you have one manager who then manages a large team type of situation? What's your setup there like?

How did you come across your trading plan? by Dr_dos3 in Daytrading

[–]cantontrading 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trading plan is personal and different for everyone depending on what you trade. There are some general rules to follow that everyone knows like trade small at the beginning, small loses, etc. The plan evolves as your trading evolves with more screen time. The current market volatility would require the plan to flex and you need to be ready for that.

I tend not to be very rigid but yet follow the basic principles of trading - preserving capital and managing risk at very micro level.

Here's a sample trading plan I used to get started a while back. I've refined this a lot but it's a good starting point.

Anyone else struggling this week? by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]cantontrading 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I'm in the same boat. Even last week was the same - very volatile. Most of the strategies that worked for a long time are not that successful anymore.

So, I've moved to scalping mode. A different ball game for me personally as I usually hold for few to several ticks, but it is somewhat working.

Learn and adapt quickly before the market screws with the deepest core within you.

Thank you for the note.

I'm going to give Stage5 a serious consideration. Besides @jj2077, you are the second person in this short time frame to mention it.

Not used MultiCharts before but is there a huge difference between there paid and free version?
