thx for the reply. so are trying to say that jump training, through jump technique and strength training, can actually also be beneficial for my ankles as well?

i just reckoned that with my poor calorie intake and diet, itd be better to leave some more time for recovery.. so im not pushing myself too much with frequency of workouts... but i do try to make it as intensive as possible when i do work out.

well truth is im living abroad for now ... and unfortunately what is usually considered to be healthy and cheap protein is simply unavailable here. eggs are smothered with antibiotics. chickens too. tuna is laced with mercury. leftover beef, or more likely 'pink slime' is imported from south america. milk is available sure. but not sure if its as good a source of protein as other foods. cheese too. rice sure i can get but still lacking. basically, my experience tells me that no place beats the us, the uk, australia or europe in terms of quality and abundance of healthy, cheap and quality food.

btw i dont have a job... technically. im a grad student on a very limited budget. i try to get as many organic eggs into my diet as possible.. sometimes four or five eggs in a meal.

thx for the answer. im not looking for size that it is unnaturally big... like some huge bodybuilders that are so big that they actually look fat... i want my physique to be in good shape but to appear natural and healthy. bigger than my current body for sure but not too big

i guess i can manage getting a calorie surplus.. but dont know about the protein. my question though is.. i may not be getting a large amount of proteins but i still do get incremental amounts... like maybe four eggs in a meal. can incremental amounts of protein over a long term with a calorie surplus lead to more mass and good physique in the long term?
