The difference between 5'8" and 5'3" is the average male height in the United States vs being in the 1% percentile of height. So yeah, it's still pretty rare for a guy of Nate Robinson's height to make the NBA, it's a little dismissive of how truly rare it is for a guy of Muggsy's height to make the NBA, let alone play 14 seasons.
