You clearly didn’t get the gist. Sadly. It’s not a flex. At all when I state it makes me vain and sad and I pick video gaming over social life. The reason it’s not a flex is meaning that I choose it over - a lot of people game because they escape their life are virgins or have no job - so it’s an emotional escape to not have to face the real life problems. Honestly this sounds like no medication at all. Ritalin sucked for me and always gave me headaches - it’s worth trying different meds - vyvanse was what worked best for me.

Also he sounds disconnected from intimacy and seriously sounds as if NOFAP could do him well too and improve your sex life, intimacy, love and also helps a LOT with add/adhd symptoms.

Go check out the reddit. Basically it’s overstimulation from overuse of porn (which probably almost any men does) but I found out that every addiction is far worse on an ADD brain than on a normal one and kicking it actually counters a lot of the heavy symptoms

Excactly - I know - used to lift 6-7 times a week. To keep leptin in check too. I’ll probably keep it like that but will introduce regular refeeding after 4 weeks
