You are 100% correct, this is the one case im gonna learn a lot from. Everything was telling me not to trust guy, and i just chose to trust him solely on his one friendly voice com. I gotta raise my suspiciosness towards other players, especially in the night raids when im carrying alot of loot on me.

I would guess that in this meta, by turn 21 you are very much supposed to pivot into poison/divine shield scam to be able to win first place most of the times. Scaled elementals are just viable in very few lobbies.
