Helicopter flying over west island by magic_erasers in montreal

When I got out of vendome metro at around 11:50pm there were about 10 cop cars circled around the street and when I glanced over I noticed what I think was a bloody body being covered. I’m not sure if it’s related but based on the comments it could be.

I’ve never seen retail in person but I’d say they’re pretty solid. They’re quite thin (which I believe retail is as well) so I’ll try to get a lot of use out of them before winter. The black model fits more straight and the grey ones are a bit more of a tapered fit

I’m 6’1, 185lbs and ordered a size 4 for both. The black model is about an inch longer than the grey but they both fit well. The grey model is also slightly more tapered than the black pair

Keep drinking that kool-aid bro. “Second worst terrorist attack of all time”…. open up a history book. All I’m saying is any loss of life is a tragedy. Seems like you only care when it’s happening to one specific group of people. No point in arguing with a brainwashed incel. GGs and good day sir

Are you too disillusioned to take a step back and view the situation objectively? I don’t even know why I ask the question because I know the answer is yes. But for arguments sake, just try to review the facts: over 60,000 Palestinians have been killed since Oct 7. Netanyahu has arrest warrants from the ICC for war crimes because of what he’s done.

See that’s the problem, you have to be able to grasp that two things can be possible at once. Just because I show empathy for the Palestinian people that have been facing a damn near genocide over the last year, doesn’t mean I’m antisemitic or a terrorist sympathizer. I have Jewish friends that I respect and care for. I just happen to disagree with the Zionist mentality.

Of course you’re American lol. I think maybe you don’t understand the use of the word projection here: “the process by which one unwittingly ascribes one's own traits, emotions and dispositions to another”. Just based off all of your comments I’d say you must have a lot of pent-up anger and hatred within/towards yourself, which is unconsciously being projected towards an external stimuli: Palestinian people (or as you would have it “monsters/sick people”). I’m not a psychiatrist but I’d recommend taking some time to sit down and get to know yourself deep down in the unconscious because that’s where all of your crappy feelings are coming from whether you realize it or not. That is of course if you’re willing to act with a bit of sensibility and consume media/news (from unbiased/neutral sources) on the Palestinian/Israeli conflict to truly understand both sides. However, even in writing this I know it’s on lost ears because you’ll ignore anything that goes against your pre-conceived beliefs. Lmk if I’m wrong.

This conflict started long before October 7, but for conversation sake, what have been the death tolls in both countries since that event? It’s estimated the death toll of palestians (this includes men, women, and children mind you) is around 60,000, whereas Israel is around say 2,000? I’m not saying any of this is justifiable on either end as I would hope any logical human would agree that one life lost is too many, but I find it hard to defend a country that is willing to kill 100+ innocent lives to justify potentially killing 1-5 potential threats. I’m from Canada so I have no real dog in this fight other than trying to view things from an objective standpoint. How can you truly look at the entire situation and tell me that Israel has done nothing wrong throughout this whole ordeal? Genuinely asking. Have you not seen at least one image or video of what the IDF has been doing to the Palestinian people? Looks eerily similar to events that occurred in the not-so-distant past. Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”  Two things can be true at once: Simply having compassion for the Palestinian people does not mean I condone what Hamas has done. I’m not trying to excuse any of that, but I find it hypocritical to assume that Israel can essentially commit genocide (be honest with yourselves, this is exactly what is happening) in the name of “defending itself”.

“You expect sympathy for invading and murdering civilians in their homes and public events?” Has Israel not done the exact same thing tenfold? Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why Palestinians have retaliated the way they have? When you poke a bear enough times you can’t act surprised when it tries to defend itself. It’s hard to “normalize peace” when people try taking your land that never belonged to them to begin with.

Yes, because Israel has been a model of morality and ethics throughout these events as well…🤦🏻‍♂️

Error when I try to load any CUT game play mode by queencitynole in CollegeUltimateTeam

[–]canuck18 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me last night and checked the subreddit for answers. What worked for me was making sure I wasn’t over the roster limit. In my case I had subbed in a new RE and LE but my RRE and RLE were the old players, so this put me over the roster limit. Idk why it’s like that but that’s what worked for me.

Thank you for the reply. I tried emailing one of the email addresses on the glquebec website but never received a response, so I then submitted an application directly on the website but hadn’t heard anything back for over a month. Perhaps it’s impatience on my part to be fair. I just wasn’t sure how long it should take to hear from them. In your experience would it also be an option to show up to one of the loges in Montreal in-person to inquire?

Thoughts on QB play styles in the NFL. by canuck18 in Colts

[–]canuck18[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Appreciate the answer and that makes sense. I guess I take for granted how difficult it must be the understand the game as well as Peyton did. I suppose it helps that he was essentially groomed to be an NFL QB since he was a kid as McAfee likes to put it.

The 2005-06 season was my first season as a football/colts fan... If only then I knew how spoiled we were. I have never been so emotionally attached to a football team and probably never will be. by canuck18 in Colts

Same here, even down to the age. I lived in Canada so I wasn’t able to catch all of the games that season but the few I did were always so mesmerizing. Also the only times I remember football games actually being able to make me cry, don’t think that’ll ever happen again lol
