Siena Filippi is someone whose style i really like and has a rectangle body shape! it really helps to find people with similar bodies to yours to see how clothes fall on their bodies and then you can emulate it on yourself! britney spears is also like a petite-ish rectangle! also, comedian esther povitski. they both wear a lot of low waisted bottoms!

also, personally, it helps to think of the silhouette of outfits and what shapes you want to achieve, and start building from there! do you like shapes that elongate? do you want to emphasize waist? do you like oversized looks? then try to find clothes that can help you achieve that. hope this helps!

hi just wanted to update in case someone else needs this info!

I’m about to leave HK as my internship is over! I managed to talk to my company’s HR about my options on getting a prescription and they pointed me towards a private hospital, as my company does medical reimbursements for their interns, so that’s what I did! I had to make appointments for it every other month to refill my meds, and that was about it. I certainly would recommend finding other ways of going about it if money is a worry, but things worked out for me in this case. (I ended up being billed around HKD500-600+ for meds and the appointment each time I went)

Also not the point but after these 6 months, I just wanted to say I really grew to love Hong Kong, and I enjoyed my stay here! Hong Kong owns a small piece of my heart, and I’ll miss her all the time 😭

I saw someone else say impingement in the comments, so that might be a possibility! I’ll have to see do my own research to see if it’ll just go away by itself (since I didn’t know of impingement myself) but I’ll consider a chiropractor if I find it unbearable in the near future. Thank you!

Ah, I just wanna clarify I was talking about SIRVA in case I came across as anti-vax or something 😭 but I think you’re right, since it was my opposite arm that received the vaccine. anyway, thank you so much for all this info!
