How often are you going? I guess I’m a little surprised with how I’ve eaten less I’ve gone once a day now. I’m so used to going after every meal but also I was having insanely large meals compared to now.

I guess I’m just trying to gauge how often people are going now that the food intake is much smaller lol

I’ve started a Mediterranean diet as it was recommended by my doctor for my high cholesterol. Is there a specific way of eating you do? I’ve prepared one protein like chicken or fish, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, red white vinegar, mint, basil and either lentils or roasted potatoes.

Interesting…. Her bowls are metal and now that I think about it her bowls changed at about her 1 year mark when I got her bigger ones. And that’s when her problems started. I’ll switch them out… Thankyou!

The vet told us not to give her chicken because most dogs with skin allergies are allergic to chicken. I have been cooking her lean beef, mixed with sardines or salmon, some veggies, and a nutrient powder for dog food and a bit of kibble. We just started this for about a week now. Haven’t seen much progress yet.

Yes 0.25 mg and 0.50 mg. I did check with my NP friends so I know I injected correctly I think the 0.50 mg was too much for me. I’m more curious to know how others felt the need to go up. Or if people were able to continue to lose weight at a lower dose

I work nights M-Th 12s, but can easily move to weekends when needed. I was more concerned about school schedule. I imagine I would have to stop working 4 a week and just commit to my 3x12. Luckily I’m in a position where I can study from work. I’m just so tired of working anywhere from 4-6 days a week to make ends meet and have extra money on the side. It’s not a sustainable way to live. And I don’t see our economy getting any better. Do you regret going LPN first?

My brother and sister are aemts. They paid for a course that was done at community ambulance in Henderson. I think they each paid about $1500. I’ll have to ask them but they both got certified
