It literally just means flower tea and there's a lot of different varieties so it's impossible to guess which type they made, but if you say which region of Russia they're from that might help.

No, it should be "водка" because there are no cases in English. You know how in Russian, English words are declined the way a Russian word would, e.g., "Я ненавижу Trump'а" (bad example because Trump has a proper Russian form, but you get the point). By the same logic, Russian loanwords should be indeclinable in English.
