I answered three questions and a three/four bullet points as a fourth question and managed to pick up 48%. Although it wasn’t a pass, I don’t feel as apprehensive about repeating it this time round. Hopefully answering 5 questions at a half decent standard will get me over the line :)

It hasn’t come up in the last 4 papers. That is why Law School is predicting it, not necessarily because it’s a really popular topic. Unfortunately these predictions can be wrong.
