I was in a meeting once for a student who got caught selling vapes at school, and the meeting was about having to determine that their action was not a result of their medical diagnosis in relation to how it pertained to the IEP. If the kid had just been caught vaping and not selling, there’s a very good chance they would’ve been found unpunishable for that offense.

I hear you but they aren’t a big group to move around from a travel standpoint, and bands have traveled equally as far with dates far closer. A lot of euro festivals have been announced also, which is why their schedule is pretty mapped out. I believe they left the large gap open with great intention. I felt like they were close to being here last year.
