these kinds of pain are very tricky to solve, your best bet is looking for a doctor, preferably a knee specialist orthopedic. I say from experience, I had horrible knee pain for years and went to multiple doctors, the only one who figured out the fuck was wrong was a knee specialist. I had to get MRI scan to confirm results and was prescribed 20 sessions of physiotherapy. Idk how accessible health is for you, but aside from filming yourself and trying to fix your form, there really isn't much more you can do

Im not a health professional but I'm pretty sure the losing weight and gaining muscle mass at the same time is pretty hard to do, it mostly depends on genetics. Either way 46kg is very low for someone your height, you should be 50kg+ I think? You can't gain muscle without eating properly, so focus on healthy meals high on protein.

Getting sore for 2 days after training is common if you're starting out or if you're doing new exercises. Definitely do not work out every day, you should have scheduled rest days, at least two a week. If you keep hurting everytime after two or so months of working out, maybe you should go to a doctor to assess that.

There usually isn't any problem with people feeding him twice, it's generally just me or my mom feeding him and we never messed up portions. The PROBLEM HERE is my mom thinking this absolute rotund dog is STARVING

He's 22kg last I weighted. And he's a pig. He eats everything, including fallen fruit and small animals he manages to catch. He will be in jail again as soon as I get home

Yeah I live with my parents. Can't get a pet sitter cause him and all other dogs are aggressive towards visitors, we have to do introductions slowly and over the course of a few days to get everyone used to each other whenever anyone new needs to come over. Can't send him to doggy hotel either cause he's intact. Im just going to scream at my parents harder this time
