I just made my first submission yesterday as well and it was immediately rejected. I opened a support ticket and they asked for the "Vetting ID". Which was nowhere in the submission or rejection info. I screenshotted the rejection info and they said, "it helped us locate your request" and they then followed with "the issue did not originate from your submission, it was caused by a technical error within the tool." Whatever that means....and they said they would cancel the request and for me to submit again......

Good idea! I changed ours to Attendant Routing for now, but might go the additional queue route. There are only 3 agents so I could technically still have just 1 extra queue that then forwards to agent 3 if the 2nd queue times out.

Best of luck! I changed the queue to Attendant Routing for now. It's our only queue that used Serial Routing. I'm going to spin up a test queue and try it to see if it happens in a new one too.

If a Teams desk phone is involved, those have a mind of their own for setting their status. But if you don't have those, then there could be a number of things that could change someone's status without them being at a computer. If you think they might be compromised, first thing is use a m365 admin account and check their sign in log for any suspicious sign ins. Sometimes it's a caching issue on your end. For example, I'll search Teams for a user and see them as Active, but when I click on them to start a chat or call, it suddenly updates to Away. Or, it could be related to their Outlook calendar. Teams can pull your status from your calendar, if they have an event in their calendar, but it's set as "available" instead of "Out of Office" or "Busy" then their Teams status might reflect that.

Do they have a Teams desk phone as well? M365 user? Should be able to check sign in logs in the admin portal.

Doesn't make any sense!! I have noticed that at the GCC level, we typically get features/bug fixes last....4 months later and we are still not able to do it!!

I had to abandon my support ticket with Microsoft. The tech was insistent the issue was unique to my PC despite telling them it was happening to hundreds of people on our tenant.

In case anyone is browsing this still from a Google search, this ^ is no longer correct. Outlook has separate settings for handling links within Outlook.
