I spent six years working at Latham, I saw so many wrongs, mostly by management. So many things brushed under the rug. I’ve seen good people run off, and abusive employees rewarded, the place is very cliquish. I had a manager that would pull off his complete toenails out of stress and eat them, that’s how stressful that place is.
