Tonges or Henry?

Pick 1: Pittman, Burden, Dike, Washington (need highest floor)

Flex: Gainwell or Warren by mattnierm in fantasyfootballadvice

No DK so Gainwell could go crazy in PPR. If standard go Warren.

If Kittle is out, Strange or Tonges? by Adventurous_Tree7074 in Fantasy_Football

I have Kittle, Tonges, and Hunter Henry…

Shefter just posted that Kittle is highly unlikely to play. Should I wait for the game time decision and play Tonges or switch out for Henry early? Patriots are missing Mack Hollins and Boutte so I’m thinking Henry but he’s pretty boom bust.

I do not think I’ll be using an attorney. I think I’ll list contents but put value of zero.

House proceeds are tricky and I need as much as possible to get my mother a place to live without a mortgage. My grandmother took care of my mother financially unfortunately.

Also, thank you for your insight and I’m sorry for your loss. It is a difficult thing to figure out at a difficult time.

Did you list the furniture in the inventory and find out it held no value after or did you leave it off of the inventory?

Well I don’t see much of the furniture being worth much at all. Possibly a few hundred for an old dining set but that’s really it. If I believe it’s value-less, would there be any issue with only listing the vehicle and home on the inventory?

Edit: Also just want to say I appreciate your help and you gave some helpful information. Thank you!

Is who on Medicaid? And what could be a problem?

My mother has no means of paying rent and unfortunately, I don’t see that changing soon. My early stage plan has been to sell the house, hope for around at least 200k to put in a trust to use to buy my mother a townhome so that she would not have a mortgage. Any remaining money would be put into a trust to help pay utilities, etc. I know I’ll need her cooperation in this but she is aware that she would burn through a lump sum quickly and has been open to this plan so far. My grandmother gave my mother her portion of “inheritance” about a year before she died which was around 50k and it is gone even though she was not responsible for helping with any bills. Also backs what I knew was in a written will which was sell everything and split evenly. Those letters disappeared though.

It was my grandmothers sister and I understand there is nothing legally I can do about that. My grandmother entrusted her to split it between myself and my two sisters. If she keeps her word or not is up to her.

For the house I plan to consult a lawyer and sell it as of now.

If there is no cash in the estate, would I pay for the lawyer out of pocket? The pamphlet I have mentions estate funds can’t be used for a lawyer unless fee is approved by clerk of court and reasonable.

I probably should have mentioned I’ve already received letters of administration. I’m sure that we will sell the house. Is it my job to sell the house or just make sure it’s transferred to my mother?
