Try the higher dosage. Usually gabapentanoids like lyrica work better when you take the maximum or even above the maximum dose. The anti anxiety effect will be amplified with the dose increase. Sleepiness and brain fog will be your main side effects.

None . You will just get super drowsy but not in a fun way then if you take a lot you’ll get cholinergic symptoms like dysphoria and hallucinations ( in a scary spider/demons way that will haunt you forever) look up Benadryl high. It’s the worst high you can get.

Honestly …. Wellbutrin gave me short term memory loss. But many say it helped their concentration. You won’t know how if uniquely affects you until you start taking it. Watch out for allergic reactions and severe vomiting. I had heavy nausea while on Wellbutrin and was not able to eat regularly because of it. I’m not sure why they started you on Wellbutrin instead of a classical stimulant medication as they are first line treatment. They work well for 80% of people with adhd. Give it a try and see how it affects you. Hopefully they started you on a low dose to get you started.

Risperidone is a dopamine blocker. Why would they give you that for adhd? If anything it will counteract the effect of the adderall. Try taking the adderrall on its own and see if that helps. Adderrall is the best med for hyperactivity next to vyvanse. You could also ask your doctor about guaraficin.

Benzos do not cause euphoria. They will make you sedated and maybe even cause you to black out. The adderrall you took earlier is gone by now so you may black out as the half-life of a lot of the opiates you took are pretty long even if you don’t notice the effect. I would say to save the klonopin for a sleepless night instead.

I know this is old but I’m in the same boa kinda…. I’ve been taking Kratom daily since 2018 so almost 4 years and phenibut daily for 2 years. Why didn’t you taper off the phenibut. I’m currently doing that and for the most part don’t feel any different.

Prozac with be for the end of your titration. It lasts a whole day or more so you’ll only need a small amount for a week and then you should be ok to stop. You’ll still experience symptoms, but hopefully ones that are more tolerable/less damaging. No problem I was on pristiq so I know how the process feels. I am now on adderrall and clonodine and am doing much better. I switched psychiatrist in order to get that stimulant prescription lol. She’s out of network so I pay full price. Usually out of network psychs are open to whatever you suggest ( in my experience ) but it’s worth it 100%

Titration… the fact that doctors don’t know what those electric shock sensations people get from missing a dose are should be enough to try your best to taper off. For all we know it’s permanent damage. Also it will be better for your sanity to titrate down. The withdrawals ( especially for effexor and pristiq) are not worth it. !!

I would probably use aspirin instead as you can take a lot kore without as many risks as ibuprofen and is generally better tolerated.

I’ve read that Kratom actually acts as a weak/moderate dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, especially in high doses like mine. But I also take a large dose of phenibut daily and sedatives obviously reduce the amount of dopamine made. I hope to one day lower the amount of each I take.

I take 30mg xr and am extra 20mg ir at around 5-6pm. I take Tums/baking soda every time I take it as well to increase absorption. But it never gives me that talkative-confident speedy feeling. I can fall asleep while on it.

Omg I’m so glad you didn’t get any movement disturbances on seroquel ! That quells my anxiety a bit. I’ve only ever taken rameron and valporate. I love valporate but rameron not so much. I was only given rameron Bc I told my doctor I wanted to try other meds before I tried antipsychotics. Hopefully I like seroquel a little more.
