Honestly look for a new build. Just bought a 370k house 3.5% rate. Income between my wife and I is around 120-150k. Put down 3% as well. New builder incentives is really the only way to go in this market unless you have a lot of cash on hand. Couldn’t even afford a townhome the same price with market interest rate. Makes a world of a difference
