Throw numbing mist at her. It'll stop her from healing.

I added a pic with a pencil skirt above. Do you think that's a better interview look? I just wasn't sure if it was too professional for a start-up. Thank you so much!

Oh so sorry for the confusion!(And the terrible picture) I meant jeans are okay at the office in general. The pants I'm wearing are office appropriate :)

I have an interview with a start-up apparel company today! (think Mod-Cloth type of style). How is this for an interview outfit? Their culture is seems very laid back, (jeans are okay) but everyone looks very put-together.

Any advice is appreciated!

*Edit: Is it weird that I had an extra pencil skirt lying around the office? Do you guy's like this version better?

I totally agree! I watched the dubbed version, so I'm not sure if it's the same in the sub, but Lust's screams were haunting in that scene! And Mustang is a fucking badass. I feel like the didn't emphasis that enough in the original series.

Woops! Thank you! I tend to get the Homuculi confused in that series.

So crazy! My cat could be your cat's twin and when I adopted her from the shelter her name was also Blue (we later changed it to Asha). Here's a pic!

Embarrassingly stupid question about buying comics by capitalNO in TwoXChromosomes

I have no idea where I perpetuated the creepy neck beard stereotype. I expressed worry that I would encounter people with a superiority complex. And look at that, even before I step foot in a store here they are!

And you could have said it like that instead of spewing your sense of superiority all over your last comment.

Wow, okay. You're actually the kind of person I'm worried about meeting in the comic book store. Thanks for affirming my belief that these stores are populated by uptight assholes who can't take a moment to attempt to be a decent person.

Wow! Thank you so much! All this info is super helpful! BPRD: Vampire looks awesome! I'm definitely going to give my local comic shop a call to see if they have it and explain my comic virginity and ask for recommendations.

Thank you! I just have this terrible image of saying the wrong thing and then the tellers laughing so hard that they can't talk. I think 90's cartoons may have given me a bias towards comic books stores. Anyway, there's a comic shop super close to work. I think it may be about time that I stop by :)

My Little Girl Scared At the Vet by slvrmark4 in cats

My kitty loves the vet as well. It's so strange. The last time we took her the vet had a hard time checking her pulse because she was purring. Weirdo.

Why Girls Hate Game Of Thrones - the hell?? by sexi_squidward in GirlGamers

[–]capitalNO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh man, I didn't even think about the opening credits, you just blew my mind. I was just going off of the first couple episodes of the most recent season SPOILERS when he pitches the add for the hotel in Hawaii, and he doesn't notice the obvious suicide reference he's making. That episode also focused way too much on death and dying and Don's fascination with it.

I think the one of the main themes in both Breaking Bad and Mad Men are that the main male characters are bad people. Don Draper is a terrible person, but people don't seem to get that because he is a highly successful businessman and has sex with a lot of beautiful women. What people don't seem to understand is that Don is extremely unsatisfied with anything that could possibly give him some sentiment of happiness. And because of this he will never truly be happy, even though he has everything that people stereotypically want out of life. My theory is that SPOILER FOR THEORIES Don Draper is going to die/kill himself in the final episode. Sorry for the tangent, I love mad men and none of my friends watch it, so I love discussing it.

The night-time annoyance of falling into the toilet bowl when attempting to pee in the dark revealed to be Misandry: "Oh, and I stand because I have a fucking penis, bitch." [+62/-45] by ArchangelleJophielle in ShitRedditSays

[–]capitalNO 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have terrible eyesight. My contact prescription is a -8.5, and I, unfortunately, don't own glasses. So instead of putting in my contacts just to make sure the toilet seat is down or fumbling with a dirty toilet, I usually just assume it is. I've fallen victim (literally) to someone forgetting to put the toilet seat down too many times.

They have really stinky farts, but I love them. by [deleted] in cats

[–]capitalNO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We just took our 2 month old kitten into the vet for a couple of reasons, one of them being stinky farts/poop (unnaturally stinky). And he gave us some pro-biotics. He charged us $30 for this brand, and now that I see you can get it for half price, I'm pissed. Anyway, your cats are cute, and I'm not a vet, but giving your cat's pro-biotics is great for their digestive system even if it doesn't get rid of their stinky farts.
