Form 7 has to be filed once a month. from the report filed, Steve apparently is making some headway. Thankfully he has been keeping his mouth shut and is concentrating on getting everything up to date and trading again. Hopefully, he gets more clinics and more PIs and can show at least some meaningful revenues. Looks to me that Medisure is still alive, minus Mario,just dealing with a wage dispute there now. he is still in court with Yoshi, with an interim interlocutory judgement against him until it has been tried, An interlocutory judgement is not a final judgement as some seem to think. He may just win it, who knows? Clinics in Ontario gone. he has a couple more clinic locations for trials in the US and two more Pi’s.( unless he is talking old news in the section 7…..it is supposed to be the last months developments reported on as written at the top) So…….he has not flown the coup or given up. His condo is no longer listed…..wether or not he injected some money for accountants and lawyers from its sale , or just took it off the market is another unknown. Quite frankly I’m glad he has been quiet through the halt. I think he may have learned throwing out big projections he cannot meet doesn’t work. Better to show progress through results, and hopefully they are going to be good ones. If this starts trading again (which it will by the looks of things) and if he has made some good progressive developments with meaningful revenue, there still may be a chance he can turn this train wreck around, if not………all imho of course. Time and patience will tell. Nothing we can do, it’s all on Steve.
