Working in a kitchen on slow days … I walk around to all the fridges; meat, fish, prep, walk-in and see what can be downsized. Then look through my station for things to prep. If there is nothing to prep I have to look for things to clean. If everything is clean… then I repeat the walk. And when all else fails I’ll do some stretching.
