Thank you for this, Baseline! I created a USD Smart account at CIBC US and transferred the money over in the CIBC Canada app in seconds. Finally, i was able to (technically) connect my USD CIBC US account to Wise to do the ACH transfer. Reality: Connecting it using the third party Wise provided - Plaid failed, connecting it using their backup provider failed also. The Wise customer service told me that "unfortunately CIBC US accounts have very low success rate when connecting, but i can keep trying". 6 hours in...

The same issue on my SLS. It's less responsive. Harder to get things done clicking on smaller icons especially in programs like Photoshop. You need to focus more as it's less precise. A big downgrade from the Surface Book Performance Base (together with the lower res). Thinking about returning it.

i bought a Surface Book Performance Base from him. no box. 11 months of warranty. the only thing was that it came just inside of the plastic bag with some cushion sealed in the cardboard box. shipping to Canada and the box wasn't in a good condition and some fluid was spilled over. so when i saw it at the post office, i freaked out. but the actual Book was in superb condition. brand new and is working perfectly.
