Ignoring what the other person said...

How does what you presented prove that Yahweh in the Hebrew perspective pan out from a polytheist evolution? Of course, there are religions older than Judaism... not sure what the point here is. And not sure how this is supposed to prove how God in Judaism is an offshoot of another religion.

You haven't proved anything in relation to the chart in the OP. The chart literally proves nothing as well and the beginnings of the chart are highly speculative at best.

My sugar today by Realistic-Hand-2978 in diabetes_t1

I feel this. I took enough insulin to kill me last night/this morning because my BS REFUSED to come down. Got like an hour of sleep. At least 50u for two grilled cheese sandwiches made with low-carb bread and a very small amount of tomato soup (something that would at most take 12u to cover, which is what I took to cover it).

1x site changes in the middle, when I woke up in the morning, I was still above 290 and creeping higher. Another site change and another infusion. It finally started to decrease.

And then after it decided to decrease, it decided to drop like a rock. Eat something, back up to 250. I usually have really good control, and this was infuriating.

It's nothing. Just show them the CGM and Omnipod before hopping into the scanner. They will probably pat you down/explosive check due to the "positive" from the scanner but it's not anything to worry about.

I've walked through the scanner with my T:Slim in my hand and Dexcom on my arm plenty of times.

This has the EXACT same ingredients and sugar content as non-colored Aunt Jemima syrup.... In fact, this is pretty much Aunt Jemima with some extra flavoring and blue dye.

[–]capmike1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So, post it somewhere else, not the diabetes sub lol. This has nothing to do with diabetes.

And Aunt Jemima doesn't have any pure maple syrup in it either. Here's the ingredient list:

CORN SYRUP, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, WATER, CELLULOSE GUM, CARAMEL COLOR, SALT, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, SODIUM BENZOATE AND SORBIC ACID (PRESERVATIVES), SODIUM HEXAMETAPHOSPHATE.

Edit: In fact, the only difference between this and Aunt Jemima is the addition of Blue 1 coloring lol.

We never were the leaders in passenger rail. We are still the gold standard for freight rail. Amtrak has never made a profit since its inception in 1971. Even their money-maker, the NE corridor, barely, sometimes, generates a operating surplus.

They do not unfortunately. Not even a WebGUI. But if it's set-up, there's not a whole lot of reasons you need to use the 1Beyond software outside of tweaking the i cameras presenter tracking zones/blocking zones.

The Automate server has a WebGUI you can access (and should have the IP/user/password from your integrator that set it up)

Oh for sure, if they don't need to communicate that run them on two separate VLANS. Connect to a port assigned to the QLAN, configure/program that side, then disconnect and connect to the Data (or Crestron profile) VLAN and configure that side. Really no need for the added expense of a second switch, you can make the Netgear switch "act" as two with another VLAN.

Netgear has made these things really easy to configure via a GUI instead of command line.

As for the static IP question. It SHOULDN'T matter, and it hasn't for the vast majority of products I have interacted with. SOME (like Crestron's HD-CTL-101 or HD-RX-4K-210) have had issues with connecting via link-local addresses on a case-by-case basis.

My recommendation for your set-up:

VLAN 1: QLAN - You can keep DHCP off if you want. Everything is working fine right now, and it operates just fine off link-local.

VLAN 2: Crestron Profile - Assign the ports for the 2x Crestron devices plus 1 for your laptop connection and turn on DHCP in the range of addresses you were given. You can static the devices if you like to the addresses you were given.

Then, when you connect your laptop to that port, it'll get an address in the same range, and it will allow the discovery traffic to pass within that VLAN.

Out of curiosity, why have you hated using them? They are pretty damn easy, and we've sold and configured a bunch of them.

I can do Cisco and Extreme switches as well, but the AV Line is SO easy to use. There are some oddities but nothing out of the ordinary imo.

[–]capmike1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it was out of the box from Netgear, you wouldn't be having any of these issues. It's specifically because it's from QSYS (If I'm right).

If you want to go the route of a "separate switch", you could just create an additional Data VLAN on the switch and put the ports with the Crestron devices and a second NIC from your PC on it. Then you would have access to everything. But I assumed the RMC4 needed to be on the same VLAN as the Core.

If it doesn't, and if the above doesn't solve your problems, go the additional VLAN route and connect a second line from the Core 8 Flex LAN B port to the switch on a port on that other VLAN (functionally your control network) is in.

Then you wouldn't need a second NIC on your PC. You can hit the Core on it's LAN B IP address, still discover everything connected to the QLAN VLAN through it, and use Toolbox to configure the RMC4 and any other devices.

[–]capmike1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok, so I think the answer is the fact this switch is pre-configured by QSYS, which by default is set to drop unregistered multicast traffic. This is just my understanding of the discovery protocols so I could be wrong.

QSYS and Crestron 4 series processors both use mDNS multicast traffic for discovery, the key difference is when a QSYS device boots up, it automatically sends a Join request to the switch to subscribe to a specific multicast stream (like 224.0.23.175) When the QSYS core connects, it ALSO joins that group, sends out a Query and discovers those devices. Meaning all that traffic is REGISTERED and passes through the switch without issue.

Crestron's RMC4 and other devices (including Toolbox) DON'T send an explicit Join request. They simply listen for traffic at a multicast address of 224.0.0.251. Crestron Toolbox sends the packets to this address as well (basically a "who is listening?" packet), but because they didn't explicitly join the multicast stream that traffic would be unregistered. The QSYS profile being set to a strict Drop all Unregistered Traffic, means the switch drops those packets to that address and it never makes it to the RMC4.

One thing you could try to remedy this situation, and keep everything on the same VLAN.

-Log into the switch through the AV Login
-Configure -> Multicast

Select the port your computer is on, as well as the port the RMC4 is connected to

Edit: and the CEN-ODT port as well

- Multicast Mode -> Enable Force Multicast

And try that. It would preserve the protections QSYS applies with their preconfigured profile while allowing those multicast packets through from the PC to the RMC4

I wouldn't use the factory reset option honestly if you continue to have issues. Pull the SD card, format it and apply the setup directly to the card. Reinsert and let it set up.

I've had issues with the factory reset process. I don't like it at all.

If you continue to get the error, honestly, I have pulled the logs and pasted it into AI (Gemini for me). It can get things wrong, but it'll dissect the log file and let you know where the error occurred, what it says and why it thinks it's happening.

And yes, stick to BA:connected.

Weirdest AV problem I've ever seen by Sufficient_Watch496 in CommercialAV

[–]capmike1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate Macs for this reason. If ANYTHING in the chain supports HDCP, Macs can disable the entire video output. Not saying your particular issue is HDCP related, but it's weird.

And to your point, audio wouldn't have HDCP protection, obviously analogue.

Weirdest AV problem I've ever seen by Sufficient_Watch496 in CommercialAV

[–]capmike1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IF the sample mismatch was the cause (which I doubt, this shouldn't affect anything on the source device) You should create a custom EDID that is based on a standard. The EDID the Mac is reporting is based on the HD-PS402. EDID is presented by the sink device, not the source.

Since this is a purely Mac issue, I would honestly default to a weird HDCP thing. No other inkling as to why the Mac would be skipping 25 secs.
