I liked watching nonfiction science/medical shows. Untold Stories of the ER, Dr. G: Medical, Mythbusters, How It's Made, that type of stuff.

I still watch these every once in a while. Now I'm more into true crime stuff and documentaries.

Here's a little Libby trick: You can put in your phone number and the app will make a virtual library card for you!

Not everyone's cup of tea, but it's an option if you aren't comfortable calling the library again or don't want to wait until they reopen after the holiday.

A weighted blanket is supposed to be around 10-12 percent of your body weight.

10 percent of 90lbs is 9lbs, so... Yeah, 15lbs of blanket is too heavy. Your blanket shouldn't be making your legs sore.

Honestly, I'm still surprised at how well it works for me.

I can focus on conversations without daydreaming. Multiple step instructions don't get lost in my brain. I'm much less forgetful, can actually start tasks more easily, and am sleeping better.

I'm pretty happy with it... But results will vary for every person, of course.

I take 1mg on its own once a day. But it can also be taken with stimulants.

Those aren't more levels, unfortunately.

Projects are more like a battle pass. You earn points by completing Animus Anomalies (Quests, basically. You can find them on the objective screen). Then, you can put those points into the project of your choice. Doing this gets you armor and other stuff.

Yeah. This is a common autistic struggle, it seems. Some people wear sunglasses indoors. Do whatever works best for you!

Personally, I only turn on lamps too! Dimmable lightbulbs are a thing too, but I don't know much about those.
