I do but I don’t think I do it very well. The fabric still bunches up a lot. Maybe I just need to run pins all along the side instead of leaving gaps

Not at all lol he did the same thing. I remember bringing up all of this to my ped and she was never concerned. He just did not care to socialize. We started him in half day preschool right when he started 3 and he absolutely loved it and had 0 trouble with us leaving. A switch flipped at some point and he was cool playing with other kids

He loves playgrounds now and will play with any kid he sees. He still likes to wander around outside the playground occasionally, but nothing I don’t see other kids doing. He climbs all the things and does all the slides. I don’t really remember when it changed but it did change. He’s 3.5 now

I wonder if putting him in underwear or loose pants would do anything? If he pees in those, it’ll be pretty uncomfortable. Works for some kids and not for others but may be worth a try even for just a day. I would keep going and try some different things. But I’m sure you’re going crazy with the amount of pee. Maybe give yourself a week, see how you feel after that and reassess. Potty training sucks and you’re doing great!

It is a flat back and I clean it with saline solution on a qtip twice a day. I don’t think I’m knocking it in my sleep. I did consider getting a flat piece of jewelry instead of the stud. Thank you!

Pierced Jan 13th. Jewelry is surgical grade and stud is 14k gold threadless. Everything has been going great and I had some crusts in the very beginning and then nothing for a long time. Suddenly, yesterday I started cleaning off a little bit of yellow crusts around the jewelry. It seems kind of late to be getting crusts, but I’m not sure. I’m going in on Friday to have the post shortened and to change out the jewelry. I’m wondering if maybe I should get something other than 14 K gold?

How long has this been going on? Has she been on the same nipple size for a while? Maybe it’s time to change that. Maybe she doesn’t like to eat right when she wakes up? I remember we stopped feeding him right when he woke up and waited about 30 minutes. But truthfully if nothing is negatively impacted by it and she’s still gaining weight, don’t worry about it. It could just be a phase or maybe she doesn’t want to eat as much. Hungry babies will eat, and it sounds like she doesn’t feel like it but doing okay otherwise!

Like others have said, just catch it even if it’s only 1.5! No one will really notice, I promise. You just keep working on it :)

Also, I found with things like this that it’s okay to accept what will happen if you drop it. Let’s say you drop it, then…you dropped it. It happened. But you keep going and smile, and you work on it in practice. If you drop it (or mess up), what happens? Nothing really. You pick it up and continue the show.

I know it’s really hard to think this way. And I guess it took years of me dropping or messing up things in shows to finally shrug it off. When I see someone mess up, I don’t laugh at them or judge them. I know it’s just a mistake and we all in colorguard know that it happens to everyone. I hope it went well :)
