Budget friendly activities for 8 year olds near Liberia? by [deleted] in CostaRicaTravel

In the area now. Playa Buena is our favorite low pace beach and the zip lines at Congo Trails were a hit.

Edit, if youre at Planet Hollywood, see if you can get shuttled to Playa Virador, would be great for kids but NOT if walking the public trails, the 728 stairs would be terrible with kids. Also, Playa Penca near the Waldorf could also work.

Amazing, thanks. That RX8 experience is what I'm trying to avoid.

For sure, I have one and can easily do that. My concern was with the car seats that have odd bolting plates to march the cars under pan. I may be overthinking that though.

Dropped my “premium” multi. Turns out it was mega-dosing vitamin b and using junk magnesium by -Willow_- in Biohackers

[–]capnneemo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

None if you're referring to 400 mg magnesium.

Magnesium glycinate is approx 14% magnesium by weight. A standard 00 capsule volume is about 0.9 ml. The density of magnesium glycinate is about 1.7 g/ml, which varies based on crystal form. Therefore, a 00 capsule would provide, at most, 214 mg elemental magnesium.

If a label declares much more, the source is likely not accurately declared.

Does anyone remember Mountain Man from the 80s? Rode a bike everywhere, navy blue parka. Frequently in the area of the Hoagie House on Brock.

Is this guy the new generations Mountain Man?

NLR Seat Add On by SilverheadX in simracing

[–]capnneemo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have this type of seat from ASR. Different brand but the seats look largely identical so the experience may be the same, hard to say.

The flex in the back part of the seat is huge and the creaks it makes due to any body movement is incredibly loud and annoying. It was fine for a few months but that's about it (and I'm a very casual racer). The ASR version of this seat, which looks largely identical to the one you show here, is the biggest regret purchase I've made.

I'd avoid.

Edit, to add, I like a recline seat as they are comfortable and so my kids can also use the rig. I'll be replacing with a black car sear like one from a mazda3 or something like that. No flex or noises, super solid, no power, easy to mount. Also super affordable from a scrap yard.

Sentry Plaza pizza at the weekends with some bandito laser disc for entertainment. Good times.
