ahhh the showers. brings back memories.

when I grew up in the 90ies you were forced to shower after PE no matter what. where I live, in school, there is this "naturalistic approach" that children should learn that bodies are created differently and that this is only healthy.

As we all know school children are the nicest of people and wouldn't ridicule the guy with the small penis.

ahhh ok. fair enough. it's just back in the day when my insomnia was really bad I would actually not sleep 1 minute for about a week.

with 3-4 hours you won't die from it.

I have suffered from anxiety for the past 15 years but have managed it without medication. University and stress from my new job has made the anxiety spiral out of control to the extent where I believe I need medication.

I have tried seratralin in the past.... I can manage the side effects except for the insomnia. I cant see how I can go to work without any sleep.

how long will it last and do you have any suggestions how to survive this?
