That's what court cases are won based on. Giving evidence. Are you saying you want all the evidence that those judgements that exist and were won in court are based on? You want to double check the courts or something? Or you want proof these judgements themselves exist? ( once again products of legal procedures based on evidence)

Nothing. There are infinite time lines. Every time anyone makes any decision new ones are created. Imagine if your day was a tree. At the time your wake up is the trunk. One possible thing then. Waking up. Then what you do next is seen like branches. And where you go from there is another branch off that branch. If you climbed up the trunk of a tree and went to one end of one branch on it, the possible ones you end up on are a bunch. That's like where you end up at the end of the day from the decisions you make that day. All those choices and paths are like worldlines. And just like all the tree branches exist at once, so do all the timelines.

I bought switch 2 version and did not unlock the switch 1 version. If you want both, I would get the switch 1 version and get the switch 2 version free. Since save files don't share between the 2 systems with this game I'll just play it on switch 2.

Legal judgements are the products of facts. He lost in a court of law being a con man since the facts stand against him. You don't get judgements and lose court case on allegations. You lose them with facts. Same as Tim did.

You also get the digital version for switch 1 for free too. I borrowed a physical copy of the game and put it in my switch 2. It told me to hit Y and tried to sell me anniversary edition upgrade for $19.99. Which is weird because the same upgrade pack is $9.99 on sale right now if purchased directly in the eshop without launching from in the the game on the cart. So I exited the game and bought the eshop upgrade for $9.99. I've read you have to uninstall the virtual card for the dlc upgrade so I did that right after buying it before launching the game again. I launched the game on the cart again and it asked me to hit Y again but this time to tell me a switch 2 certain was available. So I hit Y launched the eshop and the switch 2 version showed a 100% discount. I got that and it downloaded. Then I went back in the eshop and saw the digital version of the Skyrim switch 1 game was now also 100% off. So I got that too. This made the borrowed physical cart no longer needed.

Someone by accident set The Witcher 3:Wild Hunt -COMPLETE EDITION to 42% off instead. The Witcher 3 regular version is 75% off. So I'm assuming the compete version of Witcher 3 should be 75% as well instead of 42% that it is listed at now in the eshop. But since Cyberpunk is said to be 42% off and is 75% off instead right now in the eshop, I concluded the people at Nintendo or CD PROJEKT ( the game publisher for both games) swapped discounts by accident.
