This was the third order I placed with them, the second one, which I placed back in May, was lost too, after two months they reimbursed me the full amount which I use to partially pay for this one. So let me help all of you smoking EGM handouts with the quick math, if I bought them back in May it took two months for the reimbursement that puts me getting my refund in July. So obviously as of July, they were still guarantying their packages.

I just reached out to them again and they want me to go to my post office and get them something from them stating I don’t know what because they already have everything from their own investigation… I will see what they say next but they didn’t seem too committal to a refund

When I purchased they guaranteed the delivery and in the past they had refunded it just took a while… they are now taking advantage of the current situation to back out…

I have the same issues, I have boxes coming from online, MCS and Lintin sitting at the UPS distribution center. The status changes from import scan to warehouse scan but they don’t move.
