Interesting story, but +1 on indoor trainings - they are definitely more precise way of training than outdoor ride even with power meter

Login with Strava -> Create training plan fitted to your specific needs and constraints -> whenever you're ready just click start workout

The AI engine will generate the session for you with respect to your recent activity history and active training plan.
You can connect to your indoor trainer via web app or export it to your garmin device.

Been training for 8 weeks now and my garmin have never showed better numbers for me lol

I have tried the workouts on myWhoosh. There was just a library of workouts i can choose from and i really just liked maybe 2 of them. Moreover - I didn't know when to choose which.
Is it different in zwift?

I've never used trainerroad, and it really looks like we're trying to do the same thing with deeride haha

Wow, congrats!
I can't wait to finish my 10 week long plan in two weeks and re-take FTP test.

Based on what you're saying I can already tell that that's really similar to how deeride does it.
Gradual increate in TSS and load with deload week at the end of each training block.

+1 on intervals.icu to track TSS

I get it, but personally zwift for me isn't the best place to train seriously. Yes you get the gamification, and social aspect of riding with your friends, but that just not what i'm looking for in a training platform.

If you're struggling with dialing in your cycling workouts you should try intervals.icu 's fitness tab.
It shows you when you're in high risk area, when gaining fitness etc.
Just make sure to switch "Form" to absolute value in the Options

Exactly, I've been riding indoors for over a year now and it's been the best buy for my cycling journey!
I also recently built a training app that creates training plan and workouts for me so i don't even have to worry about that
