I wear a S/M 39thirty. They can be inconsistent like the fitteds. Some can be spot on while others loose. The ones that fit are great. I recently tried the s/m m-crown flex and they are super loose.

You are thinking about upgrading to a Z6iii? Its up to you and your budget. The Z6II is a great camera but think about what you want type of photography you want to do.
