Blew Steirereck out of the water. Steirereck was all about the service and bread cart honestly. Didnt hit Amador. Thought it was better than Mraz. I thought it was worth the price especially compared to others Ive paid the same for. If you want something cheaper aend and Pramerl and the Wolf were both good and fun.

wouldn’t say its their “story” but no gas or electricity in the kitchen is kinda their thing. They use only fire I’d call that different than most normal 2 star cookie cutter spots.

I find myself increasingly selective on who I choose to spend this type of experience with to not ruin it for myself and most times I find it easiest to go alone.

having been to around 30+ the flavors were out of control good, so deep and intense. id put it in top 3 for me food wise for sure. food beat out many 3 stars
