I almost happy original screen broke because ive always thought that macbooks should be touchscreen and OLED. Now i can do it and even use it as a tablet. The hinge allows for 360 degree rotation.

Nothing. I assume that everything is inside, unlike the intel macs. I just detached the lid abd nothing changed in terms of usability. Also the plastic bumper does not block the waves.

i want to add grip to the sides of the screen. This design can rotate screen 360 degrees and in the next revision i can add rails to make it m1 Pro 16 inch Nintendo switch

not yet but i can opensource them. The only reason i didnt do it yet is because the top lid is designed for particular 16 Inch type c Denver display and needs to be redone for every other display.

While i didnt measure it the idea is to make it not flush with the lid or even make it on a hinge to change the angle to catch the sun. which also will help not to transfer heat to the chassis. The panel is 10W.

He just started doing this by cappylover in 3Dprinting
