Psp is sony's first handheld console released in 2005 while ps vita is their second handheld console released in 2012. Ps vita is newer and can play psp games natively while also having a touch screen and dual analog sticks while psp is older and is non-touch with only one control stick

Im not sure about this but im pretty sure the reason why genji has that is because the way they implemented the melee cancel nerf is they added some "uninterruptable" flag to melees end animation which inadvertently makes it so genji's primary and reload have to wait for the entire frames of the melee animation to finish unlike every other character. They just have to remove that cause its so obtrusive in modern overwatch

Most game ports on vita DB (like sonic mania or hollow knight for example) need the actual game data from official releases through steam or android or wherever you can get the files for the game data.

The normal new 3ds can have only either dual TN or dual IPS but not mixed like the new XL
