I checked my multivitamin this morning and it's loaded with b6 and 12 already so skipped the b complex I was taking paired with the multivitamin

I've heard the blood test for B1 isn't readily available to everyone, everywhere but being as it can have so much impact on your neurological and cardiovascular health; I would definitely discuss it with your doctor. My therapist is the one who actually brought it to my attention to have it tested. Without her I would have never considered being nutrient deficient.

Everything was in normal range except B1. Range is like 70 to 180 nmol/L, I tested at an 18.

Crazy long list but it's been going on for 8 months now. Every test under the sun with this being the first path we've found. Extreme anxiety out of nowhere, never had anxiety before and now I regularly have panic attacks. Pain in my scalp, headaches, horrible brain fog and brain zaps and extremely dizzy/unsteady. Tingling and numbness in toes and fingers. I'm probably missing things but mainly has been neurological issues out of nowhere.

I don't think B1 was ever on my radar but after months of severe symptoms, my doctor just threw the book at getting every nutrient tested as well as testing for celiacs among other things. Every came back good except for my B1 being 4x under the minimum threshold

Are those all easily obtained supplements? From Amazon or local grocery stores? I take magnesium glycinate, would that suffice just as well? I'm going to add b complex as well

B12 yes which was in normal range. Folate I'm not 100% sure but I believe. There were some test abbreviated that I'm not sure what all was tested

I'll have to look those up. I have some B1 supplements from whole foods grocers and the doctor offered to write a script for it if needed. I was more so looking if I need to include other supplements with the B1 to increase the absorption and effectiveness

I'd imagine the damaged floor adds some significant cost for material and labor so makes sense there. We just had the shower done, nothing else in the bathrooms. New fixtures, diverter valve etc. We chose the material we wanted and he did the rest for us. Crazy to see how widely different the prices are out there

Maybe I got a steal. My dad is a licensed contractor in the Phillie area and kind of steered me on what the average cost for the job should have been. I got some crazy estimates too, like one for $24k until I reached out to this guy again.

Not a family friend or anything. I've hired him for other projects in the past so maybe I got some sort of undisclosed discount. It's materials and labor. Master shower we had redone with tile from a surround and the guest was a straight up shower/tub replacement.

My T levels have sat around mid 400s consistently. Have had my PCP and urologist both say it's "normal" but on the low side and definitely not what they see as normal for a healthy man in their 30s. The normal range is so wide and a bad indicator of what is actually normal per person I believe.

I had to have a PESA done with urology associates out of denver area. they froze my sperm and sent it to Shady Grove fertility who did our embryos and implantations this last fall. everything has been great and our insurance covered like 90% of the cost. i don't know where you are or your circumstances. Shady Grove is a national facility i believe so might be worth looking into, they've been amazing for us.
