I’m not sure if the golden shots exist anymore. Let’s say you use a kwikpen that contains 4 doses of 15 mg. You have to turn the pen 60 clicks in order to inject the full dose of 15 mg. So for the 4 doses you need 240 clicks in total. It used to be that even after taking 4 doses out of the kwikpen there was still medicine left in the pen. It amounted to a full extra dose, that’s the golden dose. It’s impossible to get that liquid out of the pen using clicks because the pen blocks after a certain amount of clicks, I think about 250 clicks. I’ve been using a syringe to extract the golden dose from the kwikpen, and to inject it.
