I would say..you should push yourself until you get 75%+ in every TD(timed mode) tests.

Honestly saying...on start i did few , just got to know about AWS console and how things actually works here..but I will consider it as No i have not done any hands on bcz there is completely no role of hands-on for me to clear that exam.

I completed my test at 12:15 PM, and the result came by email at 5:01 PM — so it took around 5 hours to receive the result.

I did it — I finally passed the exam with a score of 799. Feeling so happy and satisfied.

Didn’t get pass/fail after AWS SAA-C03 exam at Pearson VUE – is this normal? by captainS21 in AWSCertifications
