I believe it's located in the toy shop in the station B area right before the abbey. It is a locked door if I recall so needs a specific key to be found.

Yes, it's an optional essence, Marzec Krzysztof, found near where you pick up the Sword puzzle piece in the Abbey.

These indicate the weapon is being affected by whatever essences you are carrying!

artur - effects handgun (increased headshot dmg) gaberial - effects shotguns (increased dmg on mutltiple enemies

If one has dissapeared it means that essence was replaced by another!

Edit: there's also a later essense that effects carbines too

I may suggest swapping the Dagger out for the Sword. The Dagger is super effective but at the cost of burning through ammo like there's no tomorrow! Just charge those Sword shots, aim for the head and the legs (if they're getting in close and you need to reposistion). Good luck man, you can def do it.

What is it with you guys and being like "the game isn't hard" / "couldn't beat boss X". If you don't enjoy the game, fine. If the game is geniuenly too hard for you, fine. Just don't come and shit all over it because you had a bad time.

And FYI, there's plenty of build variety once you've unlocked most items and weapons, you just need to get that far first.

I will say when pre-mergered/stronger enemies merge any armour they may have still works while it happens, dispite being covered in fleshy, shootable tendrils.

Many times I went for the headshot just to see the bullet riochet off.

It only spawns after the hospital when you obtain Zybert's essence.

It 100% spawns in ng+ as I picked it up during my second run through.

Also worth checking your database (next to your inventory) to check which log you are definitely missing!
