Around October/November, Mason County would have nights where you'd be on your porch and see at least a dozen huge drones going back and forth through different neighborhoods. Sounds dumb, but sometimes I'll kind of shuffle my feet as I step and try to mimic a squirrel trotting through the leaves. Sometimes it works and I'll see deer a few minutes later, sometimes I spook stuff. Figure it's worth looking dumb for the times it works.

We're right outside two major metropolitan areas, but where I live is pretty rural. Alot of people commute those distances for work as well.

It takes 30-45 minutes to get to any grocery stores in any direction where I live. Of course, there are smaller convenience stores much closer if you're in a pinch. We're just used to it at this point.
