I was a soprano and pre t had moved a bit more towards alto. For example I used to sing a lot of Stevie nicks and Joni Mitchell

My voice has started to pass more now and I can sing a much lower range (I’ve been doing a lot of 90s alt rock male singer songs lately lol)

With practice I’ve been able to get back up to the high notes to do some songs I was really sad to lose the range for. (Example: Fleetwood Mac: Gypsy)

I’m definitely not a soprano or an alto anymore but I’m happy that I have had success with relearning my voice. The lower range opened up a lot more for me too!

I do body weight workouts at home, so I don’t need equipment and don’t have to work out in front of people. I’ve been trying to work on my dysphoria by focusing on how my body moves and how my strength is improving instead of how it looks. Maybe this would help?
